Project Timeline

The St. George Comprehensive Plan will be developed through a five-phase process, each offering opportunities for community engagement.

In the first phase, community feedback will be collected to establish the plan's vision, goals, and metrics. The second phase will involve analyzing existing conditions to understand the city's potential and sharing findings with the community. In the third phase, the community will select a preferred direction from a set of alternatives. The fourth phase will outline a roadmap for implementing this chosen direction. Finally, in the fifth phase, the plan will be presented to boards and commissions for their feedback and approval. This entire process is expected to take place over the next 12 months.
